Request deletion of your data

CaRe 101 (Casting Defect Logger), by Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd.

CaRe 101 is a workplace app. Your account is created and managed by your foundry (your employer). You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your CaRe 101 account at any time, using the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@versatile.group with the subject "CaRe 101 data deletion request".
  2. Include your full name, your organization / foundry name, and the email or login you use in CaRe 101, so we can identify your account.
  3. We verify the request with you and your organization (to prevent someone deleting another person's records).
  4. We delete your data and email you a confirmation, normally within 30 days.

You may also ask your organization's CaRe 101 administrator to remove your account directly.

What is deleted, what is kept

Retention: deleted data is removed from live systems on completion of the request, and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. Anonymised/aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely. Records your employer is legally required to keep are retained by your organization under its own policy.
