These terms govern the use of CaRe 101, a service operated by Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd ("Versatile"). By accepting a quotation, placing an order, or using the service, your organization ("Customer") agrees to these terms. Any quotation we issue is subject to them.
CaRe 101 lets a foundry photograph, classify, and analyse casting rejections, with optional automation. We provide it on a subscription basis and may improve it over time.
Every organization may create unlimited user accounts across the Admin, Expert, Supervisor, and Inspector roles. One active session per role is included; more concurrent sessions are available on a paid plan. The Customer's admin is responsible for its users and for keeping credentials secure.
The free tier includes unlimited users under the session rule above. Charges apply only to defect-photo volume and to the optional capabilities you switch on: auto-read IDs (OCR), model training, and AI defect assist.
The floor app is built to work offline. Records captured without a network connection are held on the device and synchronised when a connection is available. Synchronisation of already-captured records is not blocked, whatever the session or plan state. Session limits apply to signing in, not to the syncing of work already recorded.
A quotation is an estimate and is valid for the period shown on it. Prices and availability may change until the quotation is accepted.
The Customer will use the service lawfully, keep its inputs accurate, and remain responsible for the final classification and disposition of every casting. OCR and AI-assist are advisory and do not replace the Customer's judgement.
Customer data is owned by the Customer and handled per our Data Policy and Privacy Policy. Versatile owns the CaRe 101 software and all related intellectual property.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may apply.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these terms.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated suggestions are provided without warranty of accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versatile's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate on written notice. On termination, access to paid features ends. The Customer's data is deleted or returned on request. Absent a request, defect images on the standard and contributor plans may be held in archival storage to maintain the Customer's model, which the Customer may require deleted at any time; on the full-isolation plan, images are purged on a set schedule. Data handling and the standard, contributor and full-isolation plans are described in the Data Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account admins, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
